ROTOR is definitely arguably my favorite riff. Prisoners of the Lost Universe is as low budget cheesy sci fi as you can get, and with the original Apollo form Battlestar Galactica. Hawk the Slayer is indeed bottom budget fantasy with Palance once again chewing the scenery.
But if you want to do something different The Sword and the Sorceror is less cheesy and watchable on its own, though it still has tons of issues. There was a definite budget to it and while the storytelling is crap, it keeps moving. My Two Richards, Moll (from Night Court) and Lynch (from Werewolf, Invasion USA, etc), are the bad guys in it. i remember the riffing being entertaining, but I actually liked the movie itself to a degree.
Oh yes, the hero has a sword that shoots swords. And that's not a typo.
