I actually thought X-Men was a good movie until I saw this.  Now, it just looks stupid.

The best part to me was when Bill kept asking how Mystique made clothes, claws, and guns out of nowhere.

Just watched this one.  Bill Corbett has always been my favorite; it was wonderful to hear him again and the interplay between him and Mike is fabulous.  I don't know why, but the line that cracked me up the hardest was after Mike said something about Patrick Swayze in Roadhouse.  There's a little pause, then Bill says in a flat, matter-of-fact tone, "I've never heard of that movie."

(Oh, and the MST3K references in the beginning were well worth the price of admission!)

'The not too distant future.'  Hmm, that sounds familiar.

Rogue: "I kinda like it."
Mike: "Yeah well I don't."

Wolverine: "Sabertooth?"
(professor x smiles and nods)
Mike: "Yes Ron Sabertooth. He's a good guy."
Aaahh! This movie just throws you violently into the next scene!

When the boy is playing with the dead jellyfish:

"Mommy, I'm playing with my sneeze!"

That really caught me off guard and had me busting up.

I've watched three so far, Plan 9, The Matrix, And X-Men.  This is my favorite of those.  I thought the cerebro-magneto running gag was great, reminiscent of running gags of MST.   I laughed at most of the jokes, but especially the one's involving professor x.   The borg joke towards the end actually caused me to have to pause and collect myself.  Anyone wanna suggest one they like better than this one?

Point Break and Road House are great for their "cheese" factor.

Loved it.  X-Men was a great movie and all, but there was a lot of general fodder with a lot of the movie itself.  I still have yet to see X3, but I think this one WITH the rifftrax will still be my favorite.

I personally thought the whole "...just like a real wolverine" bit was quite funny.  First Rifftrax btw.

Personally i really wish Mike would stick to the worst movies he get his hands on. I mean for me the best Rifftrax have been Road House and Crossroads. They also so happen to be the worst movies that mike has done so far. In other words, the worst the movie the better the Rifftrax.

agreed, with a caveat:

road house is bad in a good way
crossroads is bad in a baaaad way (so it's harder to watch)

They really lost an opportunity, though, by failing to comment on Anna Paquin's now-you-hear-it-now-you-don't Southern accent.
Not to mention Halle Berry's "can you tell me where my accent is from?" accent that she makes a half-hearted attempt at a couple of times during the movie. I noticed she abandoned it completely for the other two movies.

This was my first RiffTrax, and I enjoyed it enough that I'll be downloading more.

Like others here, I LOVED the "beyond thunderdome" bit, especially since I knew it was coming. I also enjoyed the bits about Patrick Stewart wanting a push in his wheelchair and the "just like a real wolverine" jokes. The latter reminded me of Pumaman ("Are pumas also known for their whining?").

Bald jokes are fine, but I guess I didn't find them that funny in this instance because Stewart looks so damn good with no hair! I also thought the cerebro/magneto thing got old.

One gag that I don't think anyone's mentioned in this thread is the nitpicking about how much money the infrastructure in Magneto's headquarters would have cost. That had me cracking up--I'd never thought of that!
That shocks my full military wear!
