Crispin Glover doing a rifftrax would be... interesting, to say the least.

As with the political ad, the Departed, and RiffLabz shorts, would Mike consider riffing on some YouTube schtuff?

So is this where we start speculating about Mike's Crispin Glover comments?

Ummmmm, that would probably be a yes!

Part of me really hopes that my question allowed Mike to "spill the beans" on an upcoming guest riffer and movie, but another part of me thinks that he may have just pulled the name out of thin air.  I'm thinking that the middle ground may be correct - that he stated his opinion truthfully but there are no plans to have that person come in to record a Rifftrax.

I guess only time will tell.

For those that haven't already read, Kevin Murphy's Crispin Glover comments (circa 2006)

Hey! I asked what fictional character he'd like to riff a movie with! I'm pretty sure - not 100% - that Crispin Glover is a real person...

I did get two questions though, so I'm okay with it.   ;D

I believe that was the joke, since Mike was sure to say that Crispin Glover is the fictional character he'd most like to riff with. :^)

Yeah, especially when you take into account the fact that in a previous podcast, Mike answered the same way to a question asking which real life person would he most like to riff with...

Hi,
I just heard an "Ask Mike" question RE: absent cheese curds.  So I thought I'd mention that you can get cheese curds in San Diego, should they be missed.  You should probably call or email first for  availability.  They get a regular shipment, but I'm not sure how quickly they run out.  BTW, Sausage King @ 811 W. Washington has authentic German in-house-smoked salami and such, if those are being missed from previous environs up North.

Holy smoke!  This is truly good news!  Especially as my former curd connection has recently moved to Florida.

Hopefully they are imported from a reputable dairy, and not one that hires curious young lads who might disturb the quiescent insect corpses at the bottom of the brine tank.
