Frankly, I'm more a fan of the music (If I were 20-30 years younger, I think the show totally would be my jam) but it did have some great guest stars, killer musical numbers, an appearance by Strong Bad (except not) and a killer theme song.

Yeah, I was afraid of that.  A million bucks is a lot to ask for.  Hopefully they'll get closer during the last few days but at halfway through and not half-funded, this doesn't look too good.

EDIT:  They more or less admitted things aren't looking good and are going to reboot the kickstarter to a much more reasonable goal.  It works for me, as it looks like it's only 100,000 to get to a new album, then everything after that is gravy.  As stated, I'm more interested in a new album than a new show, so this works well for me.

It's annoying that the 1951 film is listed as a side note, but some great authors are already unlocked for contributing stories for backers so I'm in at the e-book level.
