What's up with Mike & Doogie leaving this horned man in the German scene unriffed? I mean, a guy with horns - there should be something funny you could say about that.  Like, "hey, look, he's got horns."  Or, "look at the horns on that guy."

You know, I kinda remember chuckling at that myself and being a bit surprised that it didn't get a joke, since it is the perfect set-up. Ah well, it's happened before.
