"Arrival" and "Local Hero"

I'm new to the board, and haven't looked round much yet, but something tells me these flicks have come up before. Add another vote to each one of these great films. "Arrival" is (mark my words) going to be one of those timeless movies, considered a classic in 50 years even when ticket sales were, perhaps, mediocre. And "Hero" was oft mentioned on MST3K, and much like my Arrival prediction, it's a classic 35 years after its not-so-profitable original release.

You mean “the arrival” with Charlie Sheen?
Arrival is the Denis Villeneuve movie that is both unriffable and a classic

I actually love The Arrival, but it’s definitely a target.
