Washington loses another quarterback because of a broken leg, and with Sanchez in there that you would think they would have relied more on Adrian Peterson, you know, the guy that ran 80 yards for a touchdown in the first half, but nope, they went to almost all passing.  Sure they were down but they only got farther behind relying on Sanchez to throw the ball.

Great for the Eagles, kept their season alive one more week, now they have to beat the cowchips next week.

Earlier this week, the Buffalo Bills decided to part ways with veteran wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin after less than a season and a half with the team.
His mouth catches more flack than he can catch passes ::)

Just horrendous officiating at the Eagles - cowchips game.

How is it possible that they rule a fumble, there are only Eagles players near the ball, and Eagles player picks up the ball and gives it to the official, but somehow it's inconclusive who recovered the fumble.  How?  There were no Dallas players within 5 yards of the ball and 4 or 5 Eagles, seems conclusive as hell.

Then the phantom offensive pass interference that brought back a touchdown.

Not sure the Eagles deserved to win with Carson playing so poorly half the game, but to have the officials make things even worse is just infuriating.

Dammit!!!!
Chiefs give up 2 TDs in final 4 minutes, Chargers go for 2 after the 2nd TD with 4 seconds left, Chiefs lose by 1.

Bills win by 1 over the Lions in Buffalo :o but I was too tired from work to watch the whole game..
The Panthers play the Saints in Charlotte and I won't be watching for 2 reasons; I have to work early the next day and the Panthers have lost 5 straight and I don't expect them to win this one either :-[

Packers lost to the Bears killing whatever delusions they had about getting a wild card spot (would have required winning out and a lot of help from about 6 other teams).

Eagles Rams starting, Carson is out for who knows how long with a back injury, so Nicky 6 is back in at QB.

Eagles played their best game of the year and beat the Rams.

Eagles might have a shot at a wildcard spot.  Or have to win the next 2 and have the cowchips lose the next 2.

Panthers to sit Cam Newton for remainder of 2018 season

Not too long ago, it looked as though the 2018 season could have been a very special one for Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton. But now, with a injured shoulder and a lost season before him and his team, a season that once held so much promise for the former NFL MVP has reached its unfortunate end.

With the Panthers now 6-8 and all but eliminated from playoff contention, Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network is reporting that Carolina will sit Newton for the final two games of the season due to the shoulder injury that has hampered him since midseason and has caused the Panthers to go from 6-2 and seemingly playoff bound to laboring through a six-game losing streak and limping to the finish line. Backup quarterback Taylor Heinicke will now assume starting duties for the Panthers' Week 16 home finale against the Atlanta Falcons and their Week 17 season finale against the New Orleans Saints.

Mike McCarthy (recently fired Packers coach) was a spokes person for a local cell phone company that if I were guessing runs about 1/4 of the local commercials on TV here. Just noticed tonight that they're running the same commercials with him cut out. Guessing a Packer player will soon profit from their next round of commercials.
