Eagles have a bunch of guys on defense that were not playing in the NFL 2 weeks ago, against the Saints, and it's going about as you'd expect....

Redskins QB Alex Smith breaks 2 major bones in leg-out for the season (just the rest of the season if he's lucky):

Not a Redskins fan, but he was a decent enough QB at KC that I was a fan of his time there.

I thought this was maybe an Onion headline until I searched for it.
If you read deep enough into the 2 articles I read that treated it as serious news story, it's really just a rumor.

Hell of a Monday night game despite my Chiefs coming out on the losing end. Highest scoring Monday night game ever and 3rd highest scoring NFL game ever (105 total points). Chiefs didn't help themselves any with multiple stupid penalties and 4 turnovers, but both defenses looked pretty terrible giving up countless big plays.

The Panthers have lost 3 straight now and are in real jeopardy of losing a Wild Card spot..

The Bills had a crazy brawl that emptied the benches and 2 players, 1 from each team got ejected :o
Looks like the Bills will go on to with this one.

Packers looked like crap again. Excuses include being young and injury laden, but those are just excuses. Sounds like head coach Mike McCarthy may be on the way out unless they miraculously win the rest of their games.

Yeah...in addition to getting the Packers game on Sunday (always get Packer games here, and well, getting to watch Packers games from this point on this year isn't really a positive), the late afternoon Chiefs game on Sunday is also on here (usually only get Chiefs games here when they play on Sunday, Monday, or Thursday nights).

Packers did what they've done a lot this season- looked OK early in the game, then fell behind late, then had a chance for a last minute come back, but blew it.
Veteran kicker who looked terrible early in the year and then turned it around, missed a 36 yard field goal with 10 seconds (or so) left that would have tied the game.
This time the loss was to the 2 & 9 (now 3 & 9) Cardinals.

Kept looking for the Eagles game today, forgot they play tomorrow night.

Can't believe the Saints let the cowchips win, WTF, pretty much put the nail in the Eagles season, nearly impossible for them to make the playoffs now.

It's looking like this Eagles season is going to go down as worst case of Superbowl hangover ever.  That's the way it goes, with the salary cap it's hard to hold onto everyone when other teams are offering loads of cash to take coaches and players away from the current Super Bowl winner.  That and injuries, so many injuries, defense is 80% 3rd and 4th string guys.

Wow...thought it was likely to happen at the end of the season, but not before the season was over.
Packers fire head coach Mike McCarthy after loss to Cardinals:

Oh wow that's stunning  :speechless:
Guess they consider this a lost season and it was time to make the move :-\

Perhaps the Bills should possibly go after McCarthy :o
