you know the only ape movie i do like is battle for the Planet of the Apes for the reason that they bring in the idea of apes and humans living together in some what peaceful life and it gives mankind a bit of a break.

I think that was always the intent of the new Planet of the apes movies was to swing the audience in their favor.
