Sherlock

I thought there was a thread for Sherlock but I can't find it.

Looks like the next episode might be the big finale.

This last one just blew me away, wow.

To be honest, I felt like that ending with the "sister" was a little stupid.

On another topic, H H Holmes was a real person and the "Chicago Murder Hotel" really existed. You may or may not want to look it up. It's quite disturbing.

I'm looking forward to this last episode. That twist at the end of The Lying Detective took me completely by surprise.

Yeah, that whole episode was great, especially after the first episode of the season, which I feel had a really off final act.

Yeah, the ending seemed kind of forced and even out of character for Sherlock.  He ramped up the vindictiveness for no real reason other than to push the plot forward, so kind of lazy writing for that one scene.

i've watched the first thirty-five minutes of this last episode, and i'm somewhat concerned that i've gone insane.

It was quite a journey...

I'm not sure what to think about it, it got way too depressing for a while there.

But at the end it felt good, so if this is the last one ever I guess it was a good ending.

I was not a fan of the last episode. At this point, they've given up any pretense that this is a detective show.

I'll watch the last one one more time but I'd say it was my least favorite of the entire series.

If they ever get back together to do more I hope they go back to stuff more like the first 2 seasons.  Just do interesting cases, stop trying to "top" what was done last season.

I thought it was a really good finale. Call me crazy, but this season was really good.

You can't just keep piling on successive layers of bullshit

I don't recall a sister....

But Sherlock we never had a dog....

The whole 'rest of the world plays into redbeard the dog' doesn't make sense on any level.

I enjoyed the last episode. Maybe not my favorite, but I liked her a lot.
