I can't believe that i've never recommended Cinema Insomnia to anyone here before!

Hosted by Mr. Lobo, Cinema Insomnia is a weekly television series that broadcasts old movies, much like MST3K. But, unlike that show Mr. Lobo presents the films sans-riffs. He does interupt the films quite a bit for a short skit or two, and he also shows old sci-fi and horror movie trailers, toy commercials and movie theater promos during the film. And, since Cinema Insomnia is shown on public access, there are no real commercials... which makes each broadcast quite an experience!

While it's on the air quite late here on the West Coast, i doubt very many of you will get a chance to see it on televison. But no worries... Mr. Lobo sells quite a few DVDs, and even streams a few shows on the web! Check it out sometime~

We never get awful great regional shows like this.  Our stuff is all about "wildlife" and "farming" and all that other "nature" rubbish.
