I want all-you-can-eat cheese pizza & salad for under $5.

RVR, I'm sure you don't have a Culver's though...

http://www.culvers.com/

I'd like to believe they're pre-dominantly in the Midwest. If they served a veggie-burger, I'd live there.

Where I am, we have slews of italian resturants fading in and out of exsistence.

HOW HARD IS IT TO DO GOOD ITALIAN FOOD?! AND IF NO ONE IS UP TO THE CHALLENGE, WHY DO THEY KEEP ACCEPTING IT?!

And why are they still building them on dimensional rifts?

Thankfully I nipped my offices predilection for going to lunch at The Olive Garden in the bud.

Oh, we frequent the Olive Garden quite a bit..
It's surrounded by 'steak house' style restaurants (Ruby Tuesday, O' Charley's, Applebees, Long Horn, etc.)

You poor poor man. Olive Garden is one of my absolute least favorite restaurants in all of existence.

Mind you there are tons of good Italian restaurants in the area and Ann's Maternal Grandfather was Sicilian so perhaps I'm spoiled.

The Olive Garden is about as close to Italian as we've got around here :(

I have you all beat...I have an In-n-out burger near my house, and for that, I will always be grateful.

But one great thing about Vegas, is that if you want to fight the tourists, and and the traffic, you can always take the drive to the strip, and go to a restaurant owned and worked by famous chefs.

To get to any 'fancier' reastaurants, you'd have to drive 20 miles north to Charlotte, and fight traffic to get there. :grr:

What saddens me is seeing the Olive Garden's parking lot full every time I drive past it segueing into me going to my favorite Italian eatery, only to see 2 tables being waited on. Fazoli's is better than the  OG, and you've someone carrying around rockin' breadsticks every 2 minutes.

Yeah, yeah, yeah....Fortis.  :P

Now get your Mario Kart to stay online!  :D

I've been reading really great things about Charlotte. If I ever decide to relocate in the future, it'll definitely be on the list.

Oh yeah! Look for a suburb area.
I love living 'close by', just for the spillover from Charlotte into Rock Hill, but Charlotte traffic is like any other big city; unable to handle the city's growth

Man...I don't know what it is! It doesn't even give me an error code, I should probably call Nintendo and ask them whats up. It just randomly tells me after playing online with Mario Kart to hit eject and then hit the power button.

And we don't really have any good Italian places here in Vegas that aren't freakishly expensive, or just generic. We have a great BBQ place here though. I've never had better service, or better ribs anywhere else. And I knew I was in a BBQ restaurant, when the napkins they give you are a roll of paper towels in the middle of the table.  :)

Hey Fortis have you gone to the restaurant run by the Hell's Kitchen winner?
