Definitely worthy of Wonka. "British or just insane?"

Pretty good trax! I though NPH had some good zingers and I did have some laugh out loud moments!

Slow start, solid everything-else. :^) Neil Patrick Harris feels like he BELONGS in Rifftrax right away.

I agree, I would like to see Neil Patrick Harris in more Rifftrax.

A strong niner. Harris not only got the tone, but had some great deliveries. I mean, I kinda knew he had timing, what with him being the only thing I can stand about HIMYM and he was really great when he visited Letterman a few months back. But I still wasn't expecting that good a showing from a newbie.

I gave it a 9.  Splendid Riffs throughout (particularly at the beginning, I thought) and great chemistry between the two guys make this one of favourites.

Excellent Riff

NP Harris should be included when they do "The Omen" riff.

On a serious note. I still think one of the finest moments in movie history is when Charlie sets the everlasting gobstopper on Wonka's desk.

Top O' The Mark for this one.  In my top 2 nudging out, ever so slightly, "Phantom Menace."  Neil was a great riffer!  Invite him back!

I haven't watched the last six Rifftrax or so (it's hard to keep up they're crankin' em out so fast), but as Willie Wonka is one of my favorite movies, I went out of my way to get this one watched.  I have to say, I was rather disappointed.  Neil did a great job, especially for his first time, but (as my brother put it) Mike seemed to be "phoning it in."  I didn't have any laugh-out-loud moments, as I did with ST: Undiscovered Country, Roadhouse, XxX and several others.  In fact, now that I think about it, the earlier Rifftrax are definitely my favorites.

A solid 8 in my books.  The only one I've ranked higher than an 8 was Battlefield Earth.  I love them all but I like to leave room for the truly great ones.  The Disembaudio Laugh Track did it for me in BE.

A solid eight. Neil Patrick Harris has some great timing, and he falls right into it well. I was worried about riffing on a comedy which isn't even that bad, but they just made it an enjoyable rifftrax to an enjoyable movie. Something extra to a movie that terrified me as a child.
