Not as good as I'd hoped, but better than the last few VoD's they've put out. I still liked TMNT better.

I enjoyed it a good bit. Superior work, though not a 'classic'. Wasn't as bored out of my mind by the movie as I thought I would be. Still was bad, but not *as* bad as a Billy Ray Production could be.
