That'd be from Bob Newhart's classic "Driving Instructor" routine. Here's a clip of him performing it with Dean Martin.

I actually always thought this piece worked better when it was just a monologue, but I must admit Dean in drag is pretty amusing.

My dad gave me a bunch of his old records when I was a kid, and there were three Bob Newhart records in the stack.  The Driving Instructor is indeed awesome as a monologue.  I always laughed my ass off hearing it referenced on MST.
