My son and I put in 10+ hours on Luigi's Mansion 3 this weekend, and it's wonderful. It's goofy and surprising and fun and just what you want it to be. Plus it looks beautiful. Fairly sure we're at about the halfway point.

Problem - Pokemon is out this week. :/

Do we know if there are any co-op features with the new Pokémon?

I don't know, but you can check out other people's Poke campsites.
Edit:  Oh and there's essentially raid battles, so yes.

I've been avoiding learning too much, to be honest. I want to discover it as much as possible.
FINE

Let me know if there is. If there are some couch co-op features I might be interested. I think the girl I’m seeing would like it.

Will do.

I haven't explored it at all, but Luigi's Mansion does, if that appeals.

Sigh... I bought and played Jedi Fallen Order... traded it in already. I'm just sick of the way new games are now. The chances are about 1 in 1000 that a new release game will be something I will want to keep playing after the first time. Fortunately I got a HUGE value in trade in credit and I put it towards the Final Fantasy VII remake coming out in March... which will probably be the last new release game I ever get. After that my passion for playing video games is probably going to plummet some more.

I think I'm getting burned out on games like that... Fallen Order is a MUCH better movie than it is a video game. I just don't have the patience for this. Now... that's not to say it's a bad game. I'm sure it's a great game by most other Star Wars fans standards... it just doesn't work for me. most of the time when I turn on my PS4 I end up playing something totally old-school, or the Dead or Alive games... and that's it. I have had a waning interest in brand new games for a VERY long time. The gamer in me would just rather everything go back to being old school style.

Well apparently achievements that give you tickets that unlock themes was just the kind of dopamine boost I needed to get hooked on Tetris 99. Can't put it down, now.

FNAF: AR: Special Delivery is available, and is a lot of fun. I feel like playing this outside at night would be fucking terrifying. Anyone who wants to play/be friends DM me and I'll send you a link to get the game, or you can get it on the app store. There's no current functionality for adding people in game, you have to do it via link, but lemme know. :D

THAT is a game that needs to be ported over to a console some how, some day. Along with Empire at War, that is probably my favorite Star Wars game.

Last night I started playing Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite on PS4. That was fun... but I'll be damned if I can ever pull off a decent combo. I'm much better at doing combos in Dead or Alive 6. I guess the lesson is the more boobage, the more incentive I have to play over and over again.

I generally complete the campaign for Tie Fighter and X-Wing Alliance at least once per year.

They really need to make a sequel someday.

Empire at War is good too. I like to play a space skirmish every now and then.
