Argh!  Trying to beat this one fight in the DK section of World of Light and it's really giving me problems.  Stupid Bullet Bills.

!!!!!! I know!  It’s the hardest level in my opinion. Harder than Dr Willey I think. My strategy ended up being a mad rush for the bullet bills before others got them, then hoping for a couple quick cheap kills into the water. Eventually I got it.

1.  How do I weaken the dude's forcefield on the World of Light map?
2. How do I get to the Dark World?  I've kinda looking forward to the Castlevania area.

There are dungeons (for lack of a better word) scattered around the world of light. When you beat them, it weakens Galeem's shield. Then you beat Galeem and you can get into the world of darkness.

If you have Olimar, play him with Fire/Explosion damage boosting spirits. You can get the fire pikmin dealing upwards of 80% per hit on some enemies.

Managed to take him down before I got your post.  Somehow the Spirit that makes you big worked.

He was more pattern memorization than finding the right fighter/spirit combo, if I remember correctly. Just have to recognize each of his moves and how to dodge them.

I can get him to less than half-1/4, but eventually my tactics kinda fall apart.

Have you leveled up your better spirits all the way by feeding them stuff?  That does make a big difference in how much health and damage you do.

I had my best luck with Mr. Game and Watch's frying pan move, but I'm really good with Mr. Game and Watch.

Yeah for the most part I know how the phases work.  Where I run into problems is when they get lower and they mix it up a little.
