MST3K took any fat joke chance it could get.

I agree, I dont see a higher ratio of fat/bald jokes in Rifftrax compared to MST3K.    I do see more fart jokes, but nothing too bad.

In fact, MST3K had the worst jokes when they did "The Brute Man" and they were making fun of Rondo Hatton's appearance.   Considered how he probably got his disease while being gassed in WWI, I thought the "he is ugly" comments were a bit unsensitive.   Of course, it was still a hilarious episode, so what does that say about me?

But it's not like it's the SAME Fat Joke over and over. At least not within a single 'trax. They're often done within the context of what's happening/said on the screen. They're reactive, not proactive, and they're unique. I'm cool with the Fat/Bald jokes. :^)

Exactly! I really got a kick out of the Akroyd comments in Crossroads.

Fat jokes hit me right in the funny bone and have me cracking up. I was almost falling off the couch during Overdrawn at the Memory Bank, what with that huge fat man in the suite.

"All you can eat? The joke's on them!"

"Hold on, I'm passing a ham through my left ventrical! Hurghhh!"

Oh god, that fat guy was possibly the FUNNIEST thing about that episode, among other things.

Every single one in "Overdrawn at the Memory Bank" was justified and hilarious. Beyond that, nothing is certain.
