This will be the first time I've purchased a RiffTrax the day it was released.  I've purchased like 10 so far but never the most recent one.  How many of you buy as soon as they're available?

For me, it depends on what the rifftrax is for.  I got Star Trek 6 as soon as it was available.

Being a big fan, I've bought them all so far, and I'll either buy them the same day or wait until the next week to buy them 2 at once.  This one, even if I buy it now, I can't watch it until next week anyway, because Lost wasn't on my Netflix queue until I saw this was the new 'Trax.  So this time I'll probably wait until next week.

Question:  This is the pilot episode.  It's on disc 1 of the set, right?

I've seen nearly every 'trax within 24 hours of their release. I have my rented copy of Lost: Season One Disc One and a Pizza on the way. This is gonna be a good evening. :^)

No, I can't.  There is no link in my account information.  I didn't get any links for my order which had three rifftrax; the other two were on my account history page, but not Lost.  I e-mailed support and didn't get a response so it's going to be at least Monday at this point...

Yeah, I got charged shipping, but I also ordered Swing Parade so it was supposed to charge me shipping.

Aha!  Your comments made me look at my e-mail again.  I received a mystery gift certificate which I thought was because support thought the shipping screwed up so I didn't want to do anything with it.  Somehow the automated e-mails eventually reached me but their hand written note explaining that they gave me a gift certificate to repurchase Lost because of the problem got filed as spam.  Bizarre, but it goes to show you that they are on top of things.
