Ha, MST3K as #1, guess I should have seen that coming but I never think of it as science fiction at all, pure comedy for me....

Kind of shocked that the original BSG made it on but Space 1999 didn't.  That's the only major oversight I can think of.  Only ones I would quibble over being on the list are the Batmans and I guess 3rd Rock From The Sun.

Here's mine (forgot Futurama, not sure where I'd place it, maybe 9th, and kick Earth 2 off):

1 Battlestar Galactica 2004
2 Star Trek (TOS)
3 Doctor Who
4 Star Trek Next Generation
5 Stargate SG-1
6 Firefly
7 Babylon 5
8 Star Trek Deep Space 9
9 Stargate Atlantis
10 Enterprise

11 Red Dwarf
12 Space 1999
13 Farscape
14 Eureka
15 Torchwood
16 Warehouse 13
17 Star Trek Voyager
18 Blake's 7

19 Voyage To The Bottom Of The Sea
20 Andromeda
21 Battlestar Galactica 1978
22 SeaQuest DSV
23 Lexx
24 Earth 2
25 Lost In Space

If I had remembered to send a list in (or even make one) this would probably be somewhere on the list.

22.   Nowhere Man
23.   MST3k

25.   Galaxy Express 999

Am I the only one who remembers Nowhere Man?  It was a pretty cool show that was basically an homage to both the Prisoner and the Fugitive.

Dollhouse would have been higher if it went on longer and if the starts of it's seasons were as strong as the latter halves.  Also, I like Eliza Dushku but she really didn't have the range that the show demanded of her (interestingly, many of the other actors did). Still, kudos to Fox for giving it a second season.

4 Star Trek: The Next Generation
5 Battlestar Galactica (the new one)
6 Stargate - SG1
7 Star Trek (the original one)

15 Battlestar Galactica (The original one)
16 Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water
17 Pole Position
18 Eureka
19 The Mighty Orbots
20 Babylon 5 (I know this should rank higher, but I could never get into it)
21 Knight Rider
22 MASK
23 Starship Troopers (Yes there was a TV show version, produced by Verhoven himself. Unfortunately, it was never finished.)
24 Star Trek: Enterprise
25 Gundam

Had I voted, my top 4 would have been:

1.  MST3K  (Came in #1)
2.  Star Trek: The Next Generation  (Came in #3)
3.  Quantum Leap  (Came in #9)
4.  Doctor Who  (Came in #4)

Overall this is an excellent list.  Some great show, and many of the are on Netflix.  I know I'll be re-watching some of them.
