Once again, I think we can only say we are putting more thought into this film than any of its creators ever did.

Well, if the director made ending had the "comedy" side kick faking being a vampire, he looked so much like a vampire (despite the sun walking) then it fit in well with the fake vampire melt down at the end.  The uncle drying out and melting looked like he was a marshmallow snack at the end.  I mean, my five year old nephew could have done a better special effects version.

And our main star, she went from looking pretty to "Wal-Mart like" every other scene.  I have never seen that in a movie before.

I'm surprised they didn't make a hair extension riff. But then again I never would have such hair extension spotting skills if it weren't for my sex change operation the number of times a girl I was going out with pointed them out to me in sixties movies.
