how to do it without registering for image hosting:
Open Paint
make a picture, save to desktop
go to a website like http://picturepush.com/upa
upload
from 640x480 copy Direct Link
paste in rifftrax forum
highlight link, hit Insert Image button

Nope and nope.  The numbers are important, but more important for placement than numerals.
