I recall that Manos tickets went on sale at the end of June last year via Fandango, and that Birdemic went on sale at the beginning of August. So no worries yet.

(That reminds me - have there been any rumblings of a Halloween show? Or is that being withheld until they make an appearance at Comic-Con?)

Kickstarter backers will have first dibs at tickets for the theater simulcasts nationwide (and in Canada!) beginning tomorrow (6/26), and the on-sale date for the general public is this Friday (6/28).  That comes from the latest Kickstarter update.

If they're doing that, they did a lousy job of it, since it seems to be up and running right now on Fandango. I contributed, so I could be wrong - but it seems anybody can access it.

They have not confirmed a VOD yet.   Last talk of VOD was that negotiations were ongoing with $ony to get the rights to release it digitally.
