Best heel of all time:  Andy Kaufman

1.  great on the stick
2.  sacrificed his career
3.  only wrestled women (and jerry lawler)
4.  explicitly mocked and infuriated the people of memphis   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NGffQQsvfaw
5.  never cashed a check he earned wrestling
6.  when he got cancer he begged Jimmy Hart to blame it on Lawler (and Jimmy did after Andy died).   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OHp1ryCmf7U
7.  the only belt he ever had was inter-gender champion, undefeated
8.  never became a pretty boy

Greatest heel of all time?  Perhaps not.  But a great one.  It's enough to say that he's more than a great celebrity guest, he truely was a great heel.

Andy was awesome as a heel.  He totally "got it" and played it perfectly.

I don't know if I would call him the greatest ever heel though.  Roddy Piper in the early to mid '80s or Nick Bockwinkel as AWA champ with Heenan.

I would also put Tully Blanchard in the conversation.

Oh god, that is not a name I have heard in a long time!
