You went to the Bruins game 7?  Oh well, they were losing 4-1 in the final period, sorry you had to go through that terrible loss at home.

Wait, what is that sound?  Is all of Canada blowing up now?

When I go to a game I am there til the bitter end! I heard all the posers that left with 10 minutes on the clock were begging to get back in the building when the cheering for the two late period goals happened!

Yeah, my whole family stays to the bitter end too.  Most of the time, it ends badly, but I remember going to a game when the Cardinals got 7 runs in the 9th to beat the Dodgers and my sister and brother-in-law went to game 6 of the WS two years ago when the Cards came back to win in extra innings.

I guess people leave early to get good seats at bars.  But man, that is crazy.

Well, in Pittsburgh there is never any reason to stay until the end of a baseball game.  Whether they win or lose, they're still awful.

Penguins games on the other hand...bitter end for me.  Traffic is a nightmare, so I understand why people leave early, but I always park in my special spot to get out quickly  ;)

Let's go Pens!  I'm predicting a black&gold vs black&gold conference finals.

Next few games should be interesting.  I will root for Pittsburg and Boston.

As long as the goons who are allowed to injure people don't play much, these should be good reminding match ups.

And lookie who got thrown out of the game.... Matt Cooke!!  What a dope!!

I love this Kane / Cooke fight from a few years ago:

Just watched my first NHL game the other day.  Chicago and Detroit game 7.  Hell of a game for my first outing.  I went to a Blackhawks game as a kid with a friend who had an extra ticket so that's who I was rooting for.  Looking forward to watching some more but I'm not entirely sure that I'll become a full time hockey fan from it.

Same exact hit by Marchand later in the game was only given two minutes.  Unbelievable.  I'm not saying either hit was right, I'm just asking for some consistency.  They're both repeat offenders.  Good god.  Matt Cooke has changed but no one outside of Pittsburgh recognizes it.  Whatevs.
