Hello. Permit me to introduce myself.

I am 25 years old and I have now become a fan of MST3K.
I understand that RiffTrax is different than that of MST, but I know for fact that RiffTrax is a rebirth of MST3K. ;)

Because MIKE NELSON is part of the RiffTrax Team! :D Also, Kevin Murphy and Bill Corbett are part of the team as well, but secretly... they're really Tom Servo and Crow T. Robot!
I was kind of sad that the MST3K series ended before the 2000 century came. But since RiffTrax is now a rebirth of MST3K, I'm very happy. :)
When I first heard a sample of a RiffTrax, it was "Pokemon The Movie 2000", I thought to myself: 'Hm... not bad, but... Mike, Tom and Crow could do better.' But it was good. Then I came to this site to see if RiffTrax had any more riffs that could make me crack up laughing. :)
I noticed that there's a Suggest-a-Trax Sub-Forum where people can request and/or suggest films, shorts or even episodes that they want riffed on.
Speaking of which, I've got some juicy movies, shows and shorts for Mike, Kevin and Bill to riff on.
However, there are some catches:
1.) Whenever one of my requests/suggestions gets picked, Kevin and Bill must retain their voice acting skills as Tom Servo and Crow when riffing on it. That way, it'll feel like MST3K all over again
for me or for anyone else who misses the old ways of MST3K. :)
2.) I only request animated/anime-related films, shorts and episodes, so... whatever I may suggest shouldn't be too hard to riff.
Anyways, it's good to be here on RiffTrax and I can't wait to see what cool riffs you got.
And if Mike Nelson is reading this... get ready for some mind-breakingly, sanity-losing experiments (that means films, shorts and episodes) I throw at ya!

Welcome aboard! You seem to have a lot of enthusiasm about Rifftrax which is awesome.
If you have only just recently discovered Rifftrax then you have a lot of catching up to do! If you favor MST3K-like Rifftrax offerings, you can't go wrong with any of the shorts or VOD features. Buffalo Rider is a favorite of mine. And the live Jack The Giant Killer is a must.
Speaking of live, you are planning on going to the Live Rifftrax of Manos in August right? Live at movie theaters all across the country. Should be a blast watching the guys "re-interpret" an MST3K classic.
Again, welcome aboard. Always glad to have another fan.

Mike is on Facebook a lot, and he's occasionally responded to my posts there.

Someone turns up and shows some enthusiasm for Rifftrax and immediately someone acts like an ass towards him. ::) Swell!
