Agreed, at night and tilted up slightly would have been better. But the subject isn't the fire breather, it's a gopro commercial I believe.
I can't find the the video of that particular shot, it probably hasn't been released yet, but I did find this one of pretty much the same thing, and you can see they are also using go pros.

If you concentrate on the human you can see a bunch of artifacting as the blending program does its best to blend one video with the next, but it's forgivable because your focus is on the fireball where the blending is much less noticeable due to fire's chaotic nature.
