Jack the Giant Killer format question

Quick question: I just purchased the rifftrax and the (supposedly hi-res) iPad mp4-version has a resolution of 320x180. The mpg version is 720x480, and some of the other iPad versions I checked (Ghost House, Mesa of Lost Women, Frankenstein Island) were at 640x480. Was there perhaps an error with the settings?
