Is EZTakes ever going to be fixed?

Their site is just a big pile of half-working crap, it's been screwed up since February, and as far as I can tell the only news on it is "Movies bought since the crash can be downloaded". As tempting as that is, I'd actually rather not rebuy all the CT movies, especially not from them. I had the ISOs backed up, but then my HDD crapped out, and now I guess I'm just screwed.
