Can not insert flash videos in the forums

whenever I try all I get is this:

you need to change the /watch?v= part to /v/

Underneath the 'B' for bolding texts, is a Flash button.. use that to embed videos and make the changes that goflyblind posted..

you can change the 200s to 500,350 to increase the viewable screen 8)
