Can't see my files I just bought

I just bought Mesa of Lost Women and Frankenstein Island. The Paypal order went through, and on the Paypal website, it says the trasaction is completed. But on the Rifftrax site, the Order History says it is still pending, and the files are not available for me to download from the My Files page. I've never had a problem with this before. The files are always immediately available when I am done with the transaction.

I, too, just bought Mesa of the Lost Women using PayPal.  PayPal sent me a receipt and tells me the transaction is complete.  But when I look at the "Orders" tab in "My Account" here at Rifftrax, the order is still listed as "Pending."   This has never happened before.  As with Darth Geek, my files have always immediately been available.

Whew - it's not just me!  Same thing happened - and we were going to have forced family fun time with it  !  Oh well, hopefully the kinks will get worked out soon!

Wooohooo! Just checked and I have the files now. Not sure why there was a delay, but it seems I wasn't the only one. *sigh* Now I just have to wait till tonight to watch them.

Files should be there now. Blame PayPal! It had been a while since this last happened but their IPN system went down yesterday and today, meaning our server was not being notified of payments via PayPal. That's why the orders were not being completed.

Well I'll just have to call into my new job and tell'em I can't come in on time cause I have to get the latest RiffTrax Instantly upon release
