REAUTH: Audio and video don't sync

I finally got The Dark Knight to rip, did all the work to reauthor and burned it to a blank disc. It was a pain because of the copyright protection (see here). Anyhow, I popped in the burned DVD and it looks great except for one thing. The audio is just a touch off from the video. Sound is just a fraction of a second ahead of the video - and I don't mean the Rifftrax is out of sync, I mean the original audio is off.

This is been my most complicated reauthor yet (granted I haven't done many). Any ideas on what caused this and how to fix it?
