Hoping we get a cinema release here

Not as common anymore, but studios have done rereleases to theaters. I wonder if when things are back up to normal that some of these might get that. They won't be huge moneymakers, but I could see "finally see it on the big screen as it was intended" being a selling point.

Cinemas are open again here, have been for around 3 months or so.

Ours were open for a brief time... then the Governor put us in another lockdown (no dine-in for restaurants,  no gyms, theaters, libraries, etc)

If we get the cure I would most definitely go see Godzilla vs Kong in IMAX in 2021, even after seeing it streaming or on a disc. (same with Wonder Woman... well, unless it was 2015 Fantastic Four levels of bad)

I didn't know Studio Ghibli had gotten into CG animation. That's not what I'm looking for either.

Whoever is in charge of KFC marketing is nutty as hell and had been for years. That's why we got stuff like this in wrestling.

They were also the major sponsor behind "Southpaw Regional Wrestling" which is a bit of insanity that I recommend everyone check out online. It was a short improv-sketch comedy show with modern wrestlers playing bad 80s versions of wrestlers on a cheap-ass local show that never actually shows any matches.

So the Widescreen negatives for the When Love Is Gone sequence have been found, so there’s plans for re-inserting it back into The Muppet Christmas Carol for the 4K release.
