How the hell did anyone compare this to Rocky Horror?!?  I really don't see the connection.

Also, I am not fond of Rocky Horror by any means... So maybe the two ARE similar.  They both kinda suck, and when I watch them each I have the same look of blank confusion on my face.

Just my opinion, sorry.  It occurred to me on my first viewing.  It looked like it was aimed at the same audience (those with lesser standards than Tim Curry in women's underwear), and they were made about 5 years apart.

Stranded, the group is forced to seek help in a weird, isolated house of mad science with a cadre of kooky sidekicks.  Both are Frankenstein stories.  Instead of alien transylvanians in colorful costumes, you get alien amazonian women in bikinis.  Songs and choreography take time, money and talent, but jiggling leopard bikinis and drum beats not so much.  The mads control their guests with gadgets like mind control and the doctor is impressed with their technology that he inexplicably understands.  In the end the house and all the people are gone (or fly away).  I made a few more connections but I hope this demonstrates my train of thought.
