Unrated Directors Cut XXX rifftrax

I own UR DC version of the movie and I am seriously pissed that they wouldn't riff this version. Is there any chance of re-editting the rifftrax to fit it? Or am I gonna have to rent the inferior theaterical cut?

They used the one that has more copies out there!  I suppose it is possible to re-edit to fit but more than likely you would have to start shifting around actual riffs and with out know where they should go and at what time it would probably not be worth the $4 dollar rental and rip of the theatrical version.

I tried to find the special edition today and no one has it for rent or sale, on the unrated directors cut.

I guess I paid 3.50 for nothing then. Thanks Rifftrax!

I could have sworn they had the warning when it was still coming soon before they made the download live. We even talked about which version to use when they did the 20 questions to guess the title. Damn. Any used shops around where you live?

you can't find a theatrical cut for sale?  In Atlanta, if you drive through town slowly enough with the window down, they will throw three copies into your car.

We did have a note about the required edition the whole time the xXx page has been live.  We've discussed before that the "Special Edition" is nothing more than the theatrical cut on DVD, if you can find a DVD of the movie that isn't the Xtreme directors cut, that is what you need.  There are over 200 copies available on amazon for as little as 90 cents:

What I would like to blame rifftrax for is making me watch this movie! I had kept myself pure from it for so long, and it was exactly how I expected it to be!

I got my used copy for $6, so I'll live :)
