I love how suddenly everyone decided that the "Next from Rifftrax" announcement (which by nature basically means a next normal studio Rifftrax release) means it's a live event.

The tweet that was posted by Mike was in response to someone asking if there were going to be any more live events.... to which he replied that they are working on setting another one up.  Nowhere did he or anyone else even HINT that it would be Manos.

Now, I'm not saying it's impossible that the next (and future) Fathom event would be Manos, but no hint was even given that it would be  Yet everyone just got worked up into a frenzy all of a sudden, and I find it hilarious. (and slightly annoying)

The thing is, if they are going to do Manos anyway, having it as a live show would seem to be a no-brainer.  But yeah, probably not best to get hopes up too high.  Otherwise the eventual live title, if not Manos, would probably be a disappointment.

Oh it indeed would be awesome!  Just far too much wild baseless speculation to count any of it as sanity.  I think people might be setting themselves up for massive disappointment if/when the live show (which will probably be in May or June sometime, my guess) is NOT Manos....  Then we have to put up with all the people who are confused with about a million posts of "Wait, what happened to Manos?! They promised us Manos live with the entire cast of CT as guests!!!"
