Are you kidding me!?! This is the best news I've heard since they announced they're gonna riff Captain America (which, for me, was 3 seconds ago)! A FREE RiffTrax on Hulu just in time for Christmas!? I love it already, and I haven't even seen it yet! I came here to ask about the host segments and got my answer. The combo of the commercials and the host segments and the short? Yeah, that'll hafta be a purchase.

Sweet, I was hoping for VOD.

That's pretty much how we've done it forever. I know I stress that when we do something, you should not take it as precedent for future action - but 99.9% of the time a VOD will precede a DVD by many many months. Fathom shows being the exception.

I'm just surprised that it will be a whole affair with extras; usually VODs are just the movie, aren't they?

Everyone I've bought has been just the movie and I think I've got them all. Looking forward to this one.

It normally is just the movie, but the guys wanted to try something new for the holidays. There will, however, be no mp3's for this one so you're going to have to suffer through my wretched make do with my professionally trained and educated audio skills.
