DVD and VOD access?
« on: November 27, 2011, 04:35:38 PM »
So a question I haven't found answered anywhere...

If I buy a DVD that's also available via VOD, would I have access to the downloads automatically?  On The Crater Lake Monster, for example.

I like having the DVD for archive reasons, but also like the convenience of the VOD options.

Hmmm, and now I can't find the Crater Lake DVD In the catalog that I thought was there, so it may be a moot question ;)

No you don't but since the video files don't have any DRM you can burn them to a DvD without any trouble, that is what I do.  I use DvD Flick,it is a free program that lets you create both menus and chapter breaks on DvDs.  Hope this helps.

This was my question as well, thanks.

I'm handicapped and can't locate my DVD and was hoping this was an option as well.
