Hi, I've bought these a month ago and just now got to asking this, but everytime I try and download these VODs it says it'll be, like, 30 days to complete the download. Then an half an hour to an hour later it'll say the download is complete and it will only have about the first frame of the film. I recently moved to China, but shortly after that I downloaded Plan Nine From Outer Space here and there were no problems. I've tried a few of the file types with all the same result. Thanks for the help.
