My deep, dark secret is that my playlist consists of nearly 1/3. . . Counting Crows. I'm a fan by default, because I was name after a song of theirs. *Hangs head in shame* If anyone asks, it's after a They Might Be Giants song, kapeesh?

I made that one larger so everyone can appreciate the truly magnificent video which, until wurwolf pointed it out to me, I wasn't aware of. I don't think he's ever been on a horse before or since that vid. :D

Love Glen Campbell.  Always been partial to Galveston.

And he must have ridden a horse in True Grit.  He couldn't have gone the entire movie without being on a horse at least once.  Maybe he just sucks at cowboy.

Yeah I'm exaggerating slightly there, he does indeed sit on a horse in True Grit, he doesn't look any more steady though...

I have numerous "guilty pleasures" from my childhood (Midnight at the Oasis, Wildfire, Undercover Angel and other similar Top 40 AOR from the early to mid-70s)


but the one song that I could NEVER admit to my friends I like is

Careless Whisper from Wham

I would so totally lose all my metal cred.  :(
