That's so cute, the way he drinks his gin like that.

A friend of mine named her kid River. Such a stupid name for a kid.

Oh god, and she's barefoot too, that dogs a loopy killer in potentia, luckily only of government types and mad space-hillbilly-rage-zombie types though.

To that, the dog's reply would be: "I 'Tam what I 'Tam!"

You know, I used to think pretty much all pit bulls were death machines. And then I read this article.

I think the thing that got me was that a hundred years ago, these dogs were the epitome of Americana, and how they were the standby dog for anything you might need. I don't think I would ever get a pit bull because they have way more energy with which I'd be comfortable, but they are sweet dogs.

All bully breeds are the epitome of DOG really, all through history, other breeds have existed obviously but the look of the Staffordshire is the look that showed the dog was a dog and not a wolf.

Saw a wonderful Staff bitch puppy the other day when going to get treats for my spaniels. She was so playful, was thinking it's a shame Barnes doesn't live in my state, he'd have loved her. :)

I love my terrier mix to death but I'd think twice about getting another one.  I still think a german shepherd mix is probably the best. They're incredibly smart, so they're easy to train, and if you get a mix you can bring down the size a bit.

Based on what you've said about terriers, I am rethinking my next choice of dog. I love the look and size of terriers, they're cute little fuckers, but I don't know if I could deal with the problems.

I will probably stick with herding dogs, although there are a couple of sporting breeds I like, too.

Dobermans!   They rock and are sweetie pies.   Of course, mess with one of their humans and I feel sorry for you.

And sure, Dobermans may decide that they own the couch and you should just sit in a corner of it while they stretch out, but it is all in good sport.
