Rewatched First Contact with a friend last night.  It's a real mixed bag because Picard gets to do some great acting but even more than the other times I've seen it, the Borg Queen makes less and less sense.

Yeah that's one of my least favorite TNG movies as I feel they ruined the borg with the whole back in time thing

I don’t see how time travel ruined it, though.  I think it’s still pretty good in spite of the Borg Queen stuff.

I'd say it's actually the best of the TNG movies.  It just happens to have a caveat.
