I had to look up the DS9 episode, I'd say that Risa one where Worf is insanely out of character is worse, but it's close.

As for The Child, if it was a top 20 list it certainly would be on there, but I think all the ones on that top 10 are worse.

Just got done re-watching  Precious Cargo, it's got about 5 minutes that are pretty bad, the rest not so much, so I'd certainly say there are others that are worse, Spock's Brain has much more stupidity in it than Trip acting like a male chauvinist for a few minutes....

Yeah, Chain of Command is massively overrated. It's on there purely for the meme it generated.  You want a good Picard episode, The Drumhead is much better.

Who can watch Chain of Command over and over?  I always skip it when rewatching TNG.

In A Mirror Darkly might be memorable on first view, but after watching it a few times I don't think it really holds up, the 3 parts on Vulcan I can watch over and over, so much great stuff in that, Soval and Shran, Archer and Surak, T'Pau...
