At first it showed I would receive Free Shipping if my order was over $20.00 but instead it wants to charge $6.99 for shipping for a grand total of $36.94
That's an awful lot for a 2-disc blu-ray.. I think I'll wait to see if the price drops

Shout Factory has a special edition of the DS9 documentary, limited to 1500 copies and only available if you buy direct from Shout!:

Which I already pre-ordered on May 17.

The one direct from Shout! has an extra disc with extra stuff on it.

Yeah I don't see that through Amazon.. May have to get the Shout! version instead!

This will be my 2nd time ordering from Shout!, first time didn't go so well so I gave up on them (ordered 2 items and they held the order so long one of them went out of print), maybe this time will go better since I'm only ordering the one thing.  I assume if they reach 1500 pre-orders they will stop offering the special edition...

That free shipping text is kind of misleading, I also thought it meant orders over $20 get free shipping, but it actually says if you order $20 more you would get free shipping.  Why not just say orders over $49.99 get free shipping?

They sent me an email saying "Forgot something?" because I didn't complete my order and said if I had any questions to contact them at info.shoutfactory.com stating the shipping issue and the total price was really high for just 2 discs and have had no response..
I think I'll keep my Amazon pre-order for now as it will have a majority of what I really want to see.
