Yep... "The Last Outpost"... damn season 1 was kind of a turd wasn't it? Damn good thing TNG got really great in season 3. Season 2 however did give us "The Measure of a man" which is probably... maybe even easily the best episode of season 2. (Don't ask me why I'm doing this, I guess my nature these days is to just go way off track, but at least not off topic).

I love "The Last Outpost" but mostly in the way I love a goofy bad movie.  The Ferengi with their laser dildo whips and their constant capering like they are coming up with a plan to steal Christmas on a 70's TV special is an unintentional delight for me.

If Star Trek episodes becomes LoC 113, I will be having a fit getting a Top 25 together but Measure of a Man will probably make the list.. The Last Outpost won't.

I'll second that, I thought the Beatles songs list was a hard one to sort, trying to pick my top 25 Star Trek episodes would be very hard.  I'm guessing at least half will be TOS, the rest split between TNG and DS9, maybe one Enterprise episode will sneak in, doubt if any Voyager episodes would make my top 50.

I know it's premature but sometimes I really need little tasks to focus and try and come down from a manic episode so even though the voting time frame isn't anywhere near complete I'm going to draw up my Trek LoC list now... if it doesn't, at least I will have written up for shits and giggles.

Update: Just got it done and, well that was... easy! I'm serious, even just between TOS, TNG and DS9 I could probably muster the energy for a top 50 if I wanted to.

I like the T'kon empire idea. It was also one of the only examples of holographic displays in TNG, which was cool.

You don't remember what happened in the final season of DS9 Darth? If you really want to know,

all the founders had been infected by a virus engineered by section 31 and made it impossible for Odo to change form anymore. BTW sorry for missing your post until now.
