Finding three pop tarts in a package only means that someone somewhere has only one pop tart in theirs.  She is probably a little girl and she is probably crying her eyes out.  (Are you happy now?  Mr. "I've Got Three Pop Tarts!  I'm King of the Kitchen!")

Also, I am more than disappointed that this didn't develop into the Great Pop Tart War of 6/15/2012.

And I don't really care for Pop Tarts at all, but these are awesome if you can find them:



They taste like mini pumpkin pies and are great around the holidays (which is probably when you can find them.)

They are not something I eat all the time, or ever really.  They are too sweet for my liking and like you said the pastry is pretty much horrendous - dry and crumbly.  However the Pumpkin Pie ones are tasty.  Maybe having the crumbly pastry works for that since it kinda simulates pie crust.  I dunno.

I don't remember eating Pop Tarts when I was a kid.  I was a bowl of cereal kinda kid.

I ate some pop tarts when I was a kid, and they were kind of horrendous.  Like cardboard dipped in frosting.  Did you guys eat different ones than I did?

They vary. Also, Pumpkin Pie Poptarts sound delicious. I've never seen those, even during the holidays...of course I try not to go out during the holidays due to the holiday music everywhere...
