There's something vaguely sexual about the word "Spoonacho."

It becomes significantly less vague when you break it up into two words. The thought of eating a "spoo nacho" doesn't exactly jump start the appetite.

Wasn't clear to me, so I'd not say everyone, most maybe, I don't know anyone who eats them but they're a fairly consistent seller so probably most have a familiarity with them. I suppose.
