Ho Ryon LeeWould it be just as good as a multiple exposure photo? I don't know. Probably. Sometimes the element of labor adds something to one's appreciation of a piece, like Chuck Close's photo-realistic self portrait (which is also impressive just by being friggin' huge).
Other times it's literally the only aspect, like "1000 Hours of Staring" by Tom Friedman
Whether that kind of thing is meaningful is entirely dependent on your ability or predisposition to appreciate broad poetic ides. But, if you look at an image as a means to get people to think in a different way or to imagine something, then it's at least effective in that way.
