Top 50 Halloween Costumes (or costume ideas)
Top 50 Monster Movies
Top 50 Scariest Movie Moments
Top 50 Treats and Tricks (Can include non-edibles like pennies and comics!  Also, maybe include Halloween tricks, though I don't actually support them in anyways.  But it does add variety and makes the title neater)
Top 50 Zombies/Zombie Hordes (includes individuals and groups from movies.  Doesn't just have to be Romero style)
Top 50 Horror Writers (from all mediums)
Top 50 Devils and Demons (can include multiple interpretations of Satan)
Top 50 Personal Fears (wait are you afraid of.  Spiders?  Heights?  Public Speaking?  Of course, this one might make some uncomfortable, but I think it's neat)

OK I couldn't find it with a perfunctuary search (and because I don't want "sexy Jar Jar Binks Costume"  showing up in my search history more times than it absolutely has to) however I'm sure one has to exist. Not sure what the numbers is but there's probably a rule that says

"If, due the the innocence, vileness or general dumbassedness of a concept, there shouldn't be a sexy Halloween costume of it, there most certainly is one"
