That may be the most brilliant point ever.

Bones is what kicked my addiction of eating taco bell while watching TV. In fact, I couldn't eat 5 layer burritos for a week!

water is good.  It can really help with hunger pains.

I would say that if you're hungry, your diet is not working.  Eating less is great, but if you're tortured all day, you won't be able to keep it up.  If you get hungry eat some celery, carrot sticks, pickles, or nuts (peanuts in the shell are great, because you have to work for it).  You can also try eating smaller meals that are more frequent.

I've had the best success when I've made a habit change.  I started eating oatmeal for breakfast and got rid of sugary drinks.  Those two changes helped me drop about 15 pounds permanently.

I also started wearing a pedometer and tracking all my food every day.  I wouldn't say I'm "on a diet", but just by keeping track of what I eat, I've lost the desire to over eat.  And using the pedometer has really motivated me to get off my butt.

What exactly is your diet?   Did you cut out meals, eliminate certain foods, etc?    Based on what it is, there are probably some good suggestions we all could make.

I am going to start walking again tomorrow.  I have to set my alarm to wake me early because it get's too hot to walk after say nine o'clock.
That doesn't sound like a good way to start, making excuses.
